As an independent artist, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please ensure that you review your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
Items on sale or discounted are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific order, feel free to reach out to us.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email juliapham.creative@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll either arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. To help us process your claim, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item along with your order details.
Cancellations
Since all prints and greeting cards are made to order, once your order has been placed, it is automatically processed by our printing partner. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after they have been submitted.
